Our 7-Stage Installation Process

1. Wash the Car: Perform a thorough pre-wash and rinse to remove loose dirt, dust, and surface debris before any chemical treatment begins.

2. Decontamination Soap: Apply a dedicated decontamination shampoo to chemically break down road grime, tar, and heavy contaminants embedded in the paint surface.

3. Clay Bar with Mitt: Use a clay bar or clay mitt to physically lift and remove bonded contaminants from the paint, leaving the surface glass-smooth and ready for correction.

4. Polish the Car: Machine polish the entire vehicle to restore gloss, remove light scratches, and enhance clarity and depth of the paint finish.

5. Paint Correction: Perform targeted paint correction on swirl marks, deeper scratches, and imperfections to achieve a flawless, uniform surface.

6. Alcohol Spray — Surface Decontamination: Apply an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solution to fully strip remaining polish oils, residue, and iron particles from the surface, ensuring a clean bare-paint bond for the coating.

7. Ceramic Coating Application: Apply multiple passes of ceramic coating (3–4 passes per panel). Allow each pass to sit for approximately 10 minutes before removing the haze with a clean microfiber towel. Repeat until full, even coverage is achieved.
